2026 Dexter Summer Festival Food Zone – Application & Information
Join us for the 2026 Dexter Summer Festival and be a part of our vibrant Food Zones! This year, food vendors will be located on Central Street and in high-traffic areas like the Kids Zone in the Broad Street Parking lot. We are excited to welcome both food trucks and food booths to the festival.
If your business is interested in participating, please review the requirements below and submit an application. A representative from the Chamber of Commerce will contact you once your application is received.
Limited Availability – Apply Early!
Due to space constraints, we have a limited number of spots available for food trucks and booths. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Vendor Fees & Requirments
Monument Park: $500 (Includes power hookup)
Action/kids Zone ( Broad street parking lot) : $250 (No power hookup)
In order to operate at any events in Dexter food vendors must complete the Washtenaw County Inspection process. Click the link below to learn more.
Vendor Setup & Operating Hours
Setup Information:
Central Street: Setup begins Thursday morning
Action/kids Zone : Setup times TBD
Operating Hours: Both August 7th and 8th 2026
Central Street:10 AM – 8 PM
Action Zone:10 AM – 6 PM
Additional Notes:
Central Street vendors must remain in place once parked.
Action Zone: may leave Friday night and come back Saturday morning
